Energy Agency of Plovdiv (EAP), Bulgaria is the first energy management agency established in Bulgaria under the SAVE II program of the European Commission (EC). It is now one of the few such agencies established in Central and Eastern Europe following the decision of the EC in 1999 to expand the program to our region of Europe.

University of National and World Economy
University of National and World Economy is the largest as also the eldest higher educational institution of Economics in Bulgaria and Southeastern Europe and it has a history of 90 years.
University originates from the Free University of Political and Economic Sciences (FUPES) established by Order № 2155 of July, 5th, 1920 of the Minister of national education. In 1940 (by State Gazette, iss.№ 126 of June, 7th, 1940) it has been transformed into State Higher Institute of Finance and Administrative Sciences (SHIFAS) and then in 1947 it has been reorganized as a Faculty of Economic and Social Studies under Sofia University.
Blak Sea Oil and Gas 2016
About the event:
Black Sea Oil and Gas is an unparalleled top-level forum of all stakeholders who are actively working in the Black Sea region or are interested to get involved in new projects including offshore opportunities and development of gas transportation infrastructure in the region.
The event is bringing together IOCs and NOCs from all Black Sea states (Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine). The programme will feature presentations from the upstream and midstream operators, roundtable discussions on specific technological and geological challenges in the Black Sea, and an extraordinary gala dinner.
The conference will be opened by Temenuzhka Petkova, the Minister of Energy of Bulgaria on 20th October and by the Minister of Energy of Romania, Victor Grigorescu on 21st October.

Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) is the holding company for a group of companies which are principally engaged in electricity generation, supply and transmission, natural gas transmission, supply and storage and coal mining.
